I hold a PhD from the University of Bath, where I developed deep reinforcement learning methods for autonomous aerial navigation and control, focused on stratospheric balloons. I now work as a Machine Learning Research Scientist, applying RL to simulation and combinatorial optimisation problems in industry. I'm also interested in general robotics, explainable AI, and finance.
